Data Recovery of Dell EMC RAID 5 Server
12 disk system with 50TB of data has crashed. Suspect power failure caused the system to go offline and now it won’t come back online. Server will boot with BIOS but will not progress to loading the RAID. Raid management shows all disks are offline and we have tried to force them online but this hasn’t worked. System had two hot spares that look like they been used but it’s difficult to tell. – Salford, Greater Manchester
Synology 5 bay NAS Diskstation Recovery
Company server – a Synology DS1019+. It has 5 x 2 TB disks set up as a raid 5 configuration. Server shut down and won’t come back up. Unable to run Hypervisor. Have been speaking to Synology technical support who have suggested a some actions that haven’t worked and now recommend we speak to Data Clinic about recovering the files from the system. The disk station contains many VMs that run different projects for our organisation and 3 mysql databases. Do you have an emergency service? HP Proliant 1u rack server with 6 sas drives
Had a disk drop out and the server brought in a hot spare but failed during the rebuild process. The system reported 2 drives had failed so I replaced the other drive with a spare but this failed to rebuild too. Company is in Preston but can drive over the the Data Clinic in Bury. Can you look at this today please? We need the data back urgently is it even possible to recover this data? – Preston, Lancashire
Western Digital My Cloud PR4100 RAID 5 / 10
WD network attached storage running My Cloud OS, version 5. Unable to locate device on network. Still switches on but can’t communicate with it either. Unsure what raid system it is, but I think its either a raid 5 or raid 10. Need the data back – Bolton, Manchester
QNAP TS-453BE-2G-US RAID 5 Data Recovery
Encrypted QNAP raid 5 was containing company financial data. System reports 1 drive has failed but we are not able to access the storage volume anymore.
